Baked Stuffed Rolls

Recipe from Holland for rolls stuffed with pork.

Procedure:
1. Grind the roasted pork (ham) on a meat grinder
2. Prepare a light meal from butter and plain flour, dilute it with broth, mix well and cook into a thick porridge
3. Add minced meat (ham), finely chopped parsley, pepper, salt and mix well
4. Cut the rolls lengthwise, remove some casing and fill them with the prepared mixture
5. Bake for 10 minutes in a hot oven or grill.
