Recipe preparation step
1 Lightly pepper and season the salmon fillets with fish seasoning (salmon has a particular taste, so a lot of seasoning will spoil it) and drizzle with a little oil. 2 Boil the diced potatoes and make sure they are semi-hard. 3 Dice the carrots as well, cover them with hot water and stock and let them cook for a while. 4 Place the salmon in the pan and fry lightly to crisp it up and let it cool under the pan for a moment. 5 Place the semi-hard potatoes and carrots in a bowl and add the cream. 6 Meanwhile, prepare a baking dish and line it with foil. Place the baking dish into the preheated oven, into which you have poured the potato-carrot mixture, and place the salmon slices on top. Drizzle with a little more oil, cover with foil and bake. 7 Bake for about 30 minutes.
