500 g potato 200 g carrots 200 g parsley 1 pk onion 3 cloves garlic 5 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp ground chilli powder salt ground black pepper
step
1. Cut the potatoes, carrots and parsley into small cubes. 2. Add onion and garlic. 3. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and chili pepper. 4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (until crispy). 5. Serve as a side dish with meat or as a separate dish. Enjoy!
