Baked potatoes with mushrooms

800 g potatoes 3 tbsp oil to taste salt to taste crushed cumin 100 g sterilized mushrooms

Wash the potatoes in whole pieces of approximately the same size and place in a bowl. Thoroughly toss them with the oil, salt and cumin.

Then transfer the potatoes to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 45 min. About halfway through baking, add the sliced mushrooms to the potatoes.
