Baked pasta with cheese sauce

15 dkg hard cheese 15 dkg Niva 15 dkg hard cheese 15 dkg Niva 1 pk hermelin 15 dkg fine salami 500 ml cooking cream pinches of ground black pepper pinches of oregano pinches of basil 1 packet of pasta a little butter a little flour
procedure
1. Put the pasta in salted boiling water to cook. 2. Grate all the cheese and cut the salami into cubes. 3. Make a light roux of browned butter and flour. Add all the cheese and pour over the cream. 4. Season the sauce with the melted cheese. (I didn’t salt mine because the cheeses are quite salty, especially Niva.) Remove from heat and add the diced salami. 5. Drain the cooked pasta and dump into a baking dish. Toss with a little oil. Pour in the cheese sauce and stir well. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes.
