Baked pasta with broccoli and mozzarella

We have pasta on the menu at least once a week… These are baked and crispy, I make them in a thinner layer.

Steam the broccoli or cook it gently until crispy. Divide into smaller rosettes.

Cook the pasta in salted water to bite. Rinse with cold water.

Prepare the mould, I bake in a Delimano roasting tin, no need to wipe the mould. You can mix the pasta with the broccoli, season with salt and herbs and put it in the oven to bake. Sprinkle the top with grated mozzarella. Bake briefly (about 15min) and vigorously to form a crust.

Serve with salad, we had iceberg lettuce in a sweet and sour dressing. Have a good taste.
