Baked pancakes with mushrooms
ingredients
250 g fresh mushrooms 1 tbsp butter 150 g ham 1 tbsp plain flour 4 tbsp cream 100 g hard cheese 1 pinch grated nutmeg a little salt 8 pcs savoury pancakes a little butter for greasing

Simmer the sliced mushrooms in butter. Add the diced ham, dust with flour and stir in 4 tbsp cream, 2 heaped tablespoons grated cheese, nutmeg and a little salt. Cook until thickened and let cool.

Fill the prepared pancakes with the prepared mushroom mixture, roll up and place side by side in a buttered dish. Sprinkle the surface with the remaining grated cheese and bake until golden brown. Serve warm.
