Baked noodles

500 g thick noodles 40 g butter 80 g ground poppy seeds 100 g ground walnuts 2 pcs egg 2 tbsp cherry jam 100 ml milk 2 packets vanilla sugar a little salt

2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp coarse flour 2 tbsp granulated sugar

1. Boil the noodles in lightly salted water. Once cooked, drain them, let them drain and drizzle with butter. 2. Divide them into three parts, mix one part with poppy seeds, the second with ground nuts and the third with jam. 3. Beat the eggs, add them, milk, and season the mixture with sugar. 4. Progressively place the noodles in a baking dish, pour the egg mixture over them, sprinkle with the crumble, place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 35 minutes.
