Baked new potatoes stuffed with bryndza with bacon and onion

125 g bryndza 8 pcs young potatoes, medium 2 tbsp sour cream 16% – delicatessen 2 tbsp butter 2 pcs spring onions 4 pcs bacon 1 pcs garlic, does not need to be

Excellent simple dish. With kefir.
1.
Wash the peanuts, add salt and put on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 20 minutes. Then turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes.

Mix the cottage cheese with butter, sour cream.

Cut the bacon and onion finely.

Cook the bacon.

Smash or gently cut the baked potatoes with your finger, fill with the bryndza about 2 small spoonfuls, still put in the oven for at least a few minutes to spill the bryndza.

Sprinkle with onion and bacon. Serve with kefir or milk. It’s delicious.
