Baked mushrooms with ham, egg and cheese

250 g mushrooms (mix – mushrooms, oyster mushroom)) 100 g stewed ham 3 pcs eggs 1 dl milk 1 pcs red pepper 2 pcs tomatoes bunched 1 pcs onion 100 g sliced smoked cheese pcs salt, black pepper pcs oil

Simple recipe for a quick lunch or dinner

Slice the mushrooms into smaller pieces, chop half the onion finely and fry briefly in oil

Transfer to a baking dish with the broth. Add the sliced red peppers, tomatoes and the other half of the onion and season with salt and pepper. Place the ham, cut into wider slices, on top.

Cover with salted beaten eggs to which we have added a little milk. Place the cheese slices on top and place in the oven. Bake at 165 °C for about 15 min. Enjoy!
