Baked mushrooms stuffed with cheese

Cleaned mushroom heads stacked in a greased baking dish, heads salted, filled with grated edamame and brushed with butter, baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

500 g mushrooms 250 g shaved eidam 80 g butter parsley salt

Procedure:

1. Clean the mushrooms, cut off the legs and leave the heads whole
2. Then arrange the heads in a buttered baking dish, season each head with salt, fill with grated cheese and brush with melted butter
3. Finally, divide the roasted mushrooms into portions, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve, for example, with a slice of bread and vegetable salad.
