Baked mushroom hats with herb butter

12 pcs fresh mushrooms a little salt a little ground black pepper a little butter to grease the mould 125 g butter 2 cloves garlic 2 pcs young onion a little chopped parsley a little marjoram a little lemon juice
procedure

Cut the mushrooms off the caps and chop finely. Lightly salt and pepper the inside of the mushroom caps and place them in a buttered baking dish.

Mix the soft butter until foamy, add the chopped tubers, the pressed garlic cloves, the finely chopped scallions, the parsley, the marjoram, the lemon juice and a little salt. Mix thoroughly to give the herb butter the consistency of cream.

Fill the mushroom caps with the herb butter and smooth the surface with a knife. Cover the baking dish with foil, place in a medium oven and bake for 25 to 30 min. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.
