Baked lokše with sauerkraut and mozzarella

500 g potato 700 g sauerkraut 150 g spelt flour 2 KL salt 2 pcs onion 1 tbsp duck fat 1 pk mozzarella

A delicious Lenten delicacy…
1.
Cook the potatoes in their skins and then finely grate them.

Add flour, salt and make a stiff dough.
3.
Slice into equal pieces, roll into patties and fry in a frying pan.
4.
Fry the duck fat in a second pan and add 500g of sauerkraut with the ground red pepper. Simmer over a gentle heat for about 20 minutes.
5.
Fill the lokše with this mixture and add a slice of mozzarella on top.
6.
Roll up and place in a baking dish which has been lightly greased.
7.
Place 200g of cabbage and slices of mozzarella on top of the lox.
8.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Enjoy!
