2 kg potatoes 2 dl oil 1 to taste rosemary 1 to taste oregano 1 to taste thyme 1 to taste garlic dried to taste salt

Clean the peanuts and cut them into marigolds. Add the rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic and salt to the oil.

Place them on a baking tray and pour the prepared herb mixture over them.
3.
Bake them for about an hour. Serve with meat or simply with ketchup or tartar sauce.
