Baked ham with poached eggs

Plates of toasted ham baked together with beaten eggs.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat butter in a pan and fry the ham slices on one side
2. Flip the sausage over and carefully crack two eggs per portion onto them, season the eggs with salt and pepper and paprika, bake preferably covered until the white is completely set, but the yolk should remain slightly runny

Recommendation:
Serve fresh bread as a side dish and, if desired, a pickle.
