500 g fish 30 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg 1,25 dl milk 60 g fat to taste salt to taste vinegar

1. Divide the cleaned and gutted fish into portions, drizzle with vinegar, season with salt and place on a baking tray greased with fat. 2. Whisk the egg and flour in the milk, pour the batter over the fish and bake in the preheated oven for about half an hour.
