250 g plain flour 250 g semi-coarse flour 250 ml lukewarm milk 2 pk egg yolk 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 cube yeast 1 pk vanilla sugar 50 g melted butter 2 tbsp rum lemon zest to taste jam butterscotch spread powdered sugar for sprinkling

Who does not like fried,you can bake. 1. Sift the flour into a bowl,make a well,pour in the milk,add the sugar and grind the yeast.Add the butter and egg yolks.Let the yeast swell. 2. I add sugar 3. and mix the dough. 4. When the ingredients are mixed,I add a tablespoon of oil to knead the dough better,so it doesn’t stick to the bowl, 5. I knead the dough until smooth for about 5 min. 6. I let it rise in a warm place. 7. I put it on a board, 8. I roll it out thin and cut out rounds. 9. I put a little jam on each wheel, 10. I put the other one on top of the jam and press a little around with my fingers.Then I cut them out again with a glass,to make them nice. 11. I remove the trim. 12. I place the doughnuts on a greased baking sheet, brush with butter or oil and bake. 13. After baking, brush again with butter and let cool. 14. I sugar the finished doughnuts.
