Baked Chicken with Vegetable Recipes

Here is the recipe for chicken with Vegetable Recipes in the oven, a good very light dish based on chicken breast and good seasonal Vegetable Recipes, easy and simple to cook for a balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people:
600 g chicken breast 2 zucchini 2 red and yellow peppers 400 g potatoes 8 cherry tomatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon herb of Provence salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into cubes, then sprinkle with half of the herbes de Provence and keep aside.
Wash and slice the zucchini, and dice the bell pepper.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
In a casserole dish arrange the zucchini and potatoes, and peppers then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining herbes de Provence. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Add the chicken pieces and cherry tomatoes cut in 2 then put back in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then serve your dish with a green salad.
