Baked chicken rolls with bacon

500 g chicken breast to taste salt, ground black pepper 150 g spreadable butter 8 slices of overgrown bacon 3 tbsp oil

Delicate rolls of chicken meat stuffed with spreadable butter, wrapped in slices of bacon.
1.
Cut the meat into 6 to 8 slices. Gently pat the chicken slices through food foil into thin slices.

Lightly salt and pepper the slices and brush with a thin layer of spreadable butter.

Wrap the chicken slices into rolls, which are still wrapped in the bacon slices. Fasten with toothpicks if necessary.

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Fry the rolls in hot oil on all sides and place them in a small baking dish or baking dish.

Pour the pan juices into the baking dish, pour a little more water over the rolls and put them in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
