Baked Chicken Breasts with Herbs and Bacon

Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast 50 g bacon 2 cloves garlic 1 sprig thyme A little oregano Parsley 15 g butter 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Clean the chicken breasts, removing the nerves, bones and fatty parts.
With a sharp knife, make deep cuts to about half the thickness of the breasts and spaced a few cm apart.
Clean and wash the herbs and peel the garlic.
Put it all on a cutting board with the bacon, then finely chop it with a knife, until you get a kind of cream.
Put the aromatic mixture in a bowl and add a little butter, then mix well with a spoon.
Distribute the chopped bacon and herbs inside the cuts made in the chicken meat, spreading it with your fingers.
Grease the meat all over with what you have left of the butter.
Then place the stuffed chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish, greased with a little oil.
Bake in a 180° revolving heat oven for about 30 minutes. The chicken should be golden on the outside but juicy on the inside, adjust the times according to your oven and the thickness of the meat.
