Baked cauliflower with milk

600 g cauliflower 60 g fat for greasing 2 dl milk 1 pk egg to taste salt

1.
Cook the cauliflower in salted water until semi-soft
2.
Cut the cooled cauliflower into florets.
3.
Grease the cauliflower moulds and place the cauliflower in the moulds.
4.
Mix the milk with the egg and pour over the moulds.
5.
Bake the cauliflower in a preheated oven at about 170 degrees.
