Baked cauliflower with broccoli and mozzarella

1 pk cauliflower 1 pk Mozzarella cheese 1 pk broccoli 100 ml milk 1 cup whipping cream 1 pk egg pinches vegeta pinches salt

Lunch very tasty and especially healthy 1. Wash, clean and boil the cauliflower and broccoli in salted water. 2. Boil the cauliflower with the broccoli until tender. The broccoli will cook faster, so pull it out. Prepare a baking dish and put it in there. 3. When the cauliflower is also cooked, put it in the bowl with the broccoli 4. In the meantime, prepare the measuring cup, cream, egg and vegeta. Pour all the whipped cream into the measuring cup + add milk to thin it out. 5. Add the whole egg and some vegeta to the mixture. Stir everything together 6. Cut the mozzarella into slices 7. Add the sliced mozzarella to the top of the baked dish 8. And pour the mixture 9. Let bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C. Good taste
