A very quick hot breakfast that can be prepared in a few minutes.
1.
Prepare slices of aged bread. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Spread each with butter, processed cheese, sprinkle lightly with oregano, place slices of ham, tomato slices, thin strips of pepper, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with chilli sauce and cover with a slice of hard cheese and you can sprinkle more grated cheese on top.

Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 5 minutes, then switch to grill and bake for a further 5 minutes. The breads are delicious, crispy. Serve with fresh Vegetable Recipes. Enjoy!
