Baked beans with mushrooms

250 g beans 300 g fresh mushrooms 1 KL butter a little parsley 1/2 KL ground cumin a little salt 3 pcs egg 200 ml milk a little fat for greasing a little breadcrumbs to line the mould
procedure

Pour the water over the rinsed, pre-soaked beans so that they are submerged. Boil it until tender and drain it.

Slice the mushrooms and saute them in butter until tender. Mix the cooked beans with the stewed mushrooms, add the chopped parsley, cumin and salt.

Brush the cake with fat, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and layer the prepared mixture. Place in a medium oven, bake briefly at first, then pour in the beaten eggs and milk and bake until golden brown, about 20 min. Serve with vegetable salad.
