Baked Beans with Cabanos

A light hot dinner of roasted kabanos, boiled pasta and beans, the mixture seasoned with onion, garlic salt and pepper.

Procedure:
1. Fry the finely chopped onion in the rendered bacon
2. Add the peeled, diced cabanos and fry it as well
3. Cook the cologne in lightly salted water until tender, mix the drained cologne with the roasted kabanos, the beans, salt, garlic and pepper, and heat the mixture well
5. On the plate, drizzle the dish with ketchup and serve with some pickled Vegetable Recipes.
