600 g asparagus 40 g butter 40 g semolina flour 1 dl milk 1 pk egg 20 g cheese 10 g butter to taste lemon juice
step
1. Boil the asparagus in salted water and drain. Make a roux with the butter and flour, pour in the milk and evaporate to a thick mash. Add the egg yolk, snow and lemon juice to the cooled mash. 2. Arrange the asparagus in a greased bowl, pour the mixture over the asparagus, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven.
