Bake chicken cornbread and turnip greens meal recipe

This crockpot chicken cornbread casserole is the perfect meal for a winter night! It’s hearty and comforting, and so easy to make. Just dump everything into the slow cooker and let it do its thing. Serve it with some green beans or a salad for a complete meal.
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
1 (8.5-ounce) package cornbread mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (16-ounce) package frozen turnip greens, thawed
Instructions:
Place chicken in a 3-quart electric slow cooker.
Stir in corn, cornbread mix, milk, butter, tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours.
Stir in turnip greens. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour or until greens are tender.
