Bacon Cutlets

Recipe for slices of meat fried in lard, then sautéed under a lid on onions and lechu together with mushrooms, covered with water. Sauce finally seasoned with sour cream.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pcs boneless pork chops 2 pcs medium onions 1 cup (200 g) sour cream 4-6 tbsp pickled lentils 1 tbsp scraped 1/2 tsp ground hot peppers 1/2 tsp ground sweet paprika 100 g fresh sliced mushrooms 60 g lard 50 g bacon water pepper salt

Procedure:

  • Tenderize the meat patties slightly, season with salt and pepper, and sear directly in the pot with lard
  • .Remove the roasted chops, add finely chopped onion, diced bacon, lecho and sliced mushrooms to the pot, dust with ground sweet and hot pepper, stir
  • Put the browned meat slices on the base in the pot, pour boiling water, put enough to make the meat submerged, simmer covered until tender, about 30-40 minutes
  • Dissolve starch in a small amount of cold water, add sour cream and whisk, pour into the pot, let bubble for a while, season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
