250 g butter 400 g powdered sugar 4 pcs eggs 2 tbsp cocoa 300 ml milk 400 g pol. flour 1 KL baking soda 1/2 packet baking powder to taste raisins, nuts, preserved fruit jam chocolate glaze

A moist and juicy cake…
1.
Blend the butter with the sugar and progressively (one at a time) add the egg yolks.

Add the cocoa, milk, baking soda, flour with baking powder and finally the stiff egg whites.
3.
Dried fruit, raisins, nuts (almonds) can be added to the batter.
4.
Pour it on a greased, floured baking sheet and bake.
5.
While still hot, brush with spicy jam and top with chocolate glaze.
