procedure

In a saucepan, boil the chicken stock.

Clean the avocados, cut them into smaller pieces and put them into the hot broth.

Press the cleaned garlic into the soup, season with salt and ground black pepper and let it cook.

When the avocado is cooked, pour in the cooking cream and bring to a boil.

Remove the hot soup from the heat and blend it with an immersion blender.
