Avocado Soup

Recipe from Mexican cuisine. The soup prepared according to this recipe is delicious, smells and tastes great! Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients:

2 pcs avocado 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs onion 1/2 l bone broth 1/2 l milk 100 g white yoghurt smooth flour butter chilli salt Other tortilla chips

Procedure:

  • Heat butter in a pot, add finely chopped onion, let it brown, then add sliced garlic, fry until golden brown
  • Add flour, form a roux
  • .Pour in the broth and milk, simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add the avocado flesh, blend, cook for another 10 minutes
  • Finish the soup with salt
  • Decorate the soup with a spoonful of white yoghurt, sprinkle with chilli. Serve with tortilla chips.
