Recipe preparation
1 Cut the aubergines into half-centimetre sized circles, salt and leave them to marinate for about 1/2 hour. Then dry the rounds well with a napkin and place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Place a thin slice of salami on each roll (I preferred the taste of ham), then place the thicker cottage cheese mixture on top of the salami. On top of the mixture we can put a sausage roll, a plate of Vegetable Recipes and a sprinkle of spices.
