Asparagus with sprout sauce

ingredients

400 g asparagus 1 pinch salt 1 tbsp butter 200 g brown mushrooms 100 ml asparagus broth 50 g sprouted radish seeds 3 tbsp cream 2 tbsp chopped herbs 1 pk cheese

step

1. Peel the asparagus and cut off the lower parts of the stalks. Boil for about 20 minutes in salted water to which butter has been added. Remove the cooked asparagus from the water and leave to stand in a covered container to keep warm. Remove 100 ml of the asparagus broth. 2. Quickly wash the mushrooms, clean them, cut them into slices and simmer them in 100 ml of asparagus broth. Add the washed sprouts and simmer together for 5 minutes. 3. Add the cream to the mushrooms and sprouts and mix well. Season the sauce with salt, add the sliced cheese, season with pepper and bring to the boil. 4. Spread the cooked asparagus on plates, pour the sauce over it and serve.
