Recipe from Mexico for a soup made with fresh or canned asparagus, chicken broth and cream cheese or sour cream. Original name: CALDO DE ESPÁRRAGO CON QUESO.

1. Peel the raw asparagus, remove the woody part and boil in the broth until tender 2. Cut the cooked asparagus into rounds and throw them into the boiling broth (put the canned asparagus and the liquid into the broth and heat it up)
