300 g asparagus 30 g plain flour 30 g butter pcs parsley pcs nutmeg pcs sugar pcs salt
procedure
1.
Put the cut, cleaned and washed asparagus into boiling water.
2.
From flour and butter prepare a light roux, pour water, boil and add to the cooked asparagus. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley.
3.
The flavour can be improved with a pinch of grated nutmeg and a pinch of sugar.
