Asian-style trout with bok choy

2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp fresh grated ginger 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp mirin pcs lime juice 1 tsp chili flakes

A one-dish dinner that will please all lovers of Asian cuisine.
1. Wash the fish, pat dry, pick out the bones with tweezers and cut out the skin if necessary. 2. Prepare the marinade: soy sauce, honey, ginger, chilli flakes, mirin, sesame oil, lime juice. Mix everything together well. 3. Place a few slices of fresh ginger, lime and chilli on a baking sheet. 4. Add the trout fillet and half of the sliced Asian bok choy cabbage. 5. Pour the marinade over the whole thing. Add the sesame seeds. Wrap. 6. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. 7. Serve immediately after baking. Drizzle with a little more lime juice.
