1 liter chicken broth 2 tbsp butter 1 pk spring onion 50 g long noodles 500 g tomato 1 pk onion to taste saffron, chili pepper, salt, ground pepper
procedure
1. Heat the butter and fry the chopped onion in it until glassy. Add the noodles and fry them. Add the chopped tomatoes, spring onions and saute for about 5 minutes. 2. Pour in the broth, add salt, saffron, chili pepper, ground pepper and cook until the noodles are soft. You can add a spoonful of sour cream on the plate.
