Argentinian Noodle Soup

The original name of the Argentinian recipe is con cabellos de angel.

Ingredients:

1 l of chicken broth 200 g tomatoes 100 g of fine soup noodles 50 g grated cheese 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp parsley 1 piece onion saffron pinch chilli pinch salt

Procedure:

1. Heat the butter and fry the onions in it
2. Add chopped parsley, add the noodles and fry them until golden brown
3. Boil the tomatoes, peel, chop and simmer until soft
4. Pour in hot stock, add saffron, chilli and cook until the noodles are soft
