Apricot preserves in syrup with Thermomix
Here is the recipe for apricot preserves in syrup to prepareeasily and quickly with your Thermomix.
Ingredients:
1.2 kg of apricots 700 ml of water 400 grams of sugar zest of 1 lemon
Preparation:
– Wash and cut the apricots in half then remove the pits.
– In the bowl of the Thermomix put the lemon zest and sugar then mix 30 sec at speed 10.
– Add the water to the bowl and cook for 13 min at 90°C on speed 1.
– Put the apricots in previously sterilized glass jars, then pour the syrup until they are completely covered.
– Pour 1.5 liters of water into the bowl and place the jars in the varoma ( without tray), then set 15 min varoma at speed 1.
– Let the jars cool completely.
– Store up to 8 months in a dry and cool place.
