Quick juicy puff pastry cookies with pudding and apricots

Cook the custard, let it cool, but stir occasionally so it doesn’t make a skin. Cut the pastry into squares, I got 15 pieces. Put the pudding and half an apricot on each one. I raised the edges of the dough a little. Just in case the pudding wants to run out.
