To assemble
4 servings 400 g apricots must salt for the mould 1 vanilla pod 500 ml almond milk 4 eggs 100 g semolina sugar 50 g plain flour 1 handful of almond flakes icing sugar for serving
Preparation of the recipe
1 Turn the oven on to 190 degrees. 2 Cut the apricots in half, peel them and place them cut-side up in a baking dish which you have greased with my cooking spray. Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.
TIP: Try pasta, soufflé or crème brûlee
3 Add both products to the almond milk and cook for about 5 minutes. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Stir in the flour. Remove the pod from the milk and gradually fold it into the egg mixture.
