Recipe from the Třeboň region for sweet jahelník served warm, sugared, covered with melted butter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. 1. boil the boiled yams three times in milk, cook them to a thick porridge, deglaze and sweeten them to taste
2. Put a layer of thick porridge in a greased baking dish, spread it with blueberry jam, put another layer of porridge on top, grease everything
3. Bake in a well heated oven at 200 °C
4. Cut the baked yam into squares, serve warm, sugared, covered with melted butter.
