Our favourite cake. Simple, but amazing…
1.
First, bake the dough. Beat the whole eggs with the sugar. Progressively add water and oil. Finally, stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour into a greased baking tray (smaller) and bake for about 15 minutes.
2.
The baked dough can be brushed with jam (optional).
3.
Peel and grate the apples. Put a little butter in a saucepan and saute the apples. If necessary, add a little water. Mix a spoonful of Golden Cob in a little water and add it to the stewed apples. Spread the apple mixture over the baked cake.
4.
Cook the custard from the milk, sugar and golden cob. Once cooked, stir continuously. Add the softened butter and some ume to the cooled pudding. Spread the custard over the apple layer.
5.
In a water bath, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Spread on the custard layer.
6.
Good taste!
