Here is the recipe for Apple Muffins, a light and very easy to prepare dessert based on apple, a must-have fruit to prepare delicious desserts.
This recipe for apple muffins does not require much time to be ready without providing too much effort. This dessert is not very sweet, with a hint of cinnamon, the result is guaranteed.
Ingredients for 8 muffins:
140 g flour 2 apples 2 eggs 3 tablespoons sweetener 150 ml skim milk 1/2 packet baking powder a pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
In a bowl, sift the flour and yeast, add the sweetener and mix together.
Beat the eggs in a bowl until frothy then add the milk and mix for a few more minutes. Add the flour a little at a time while mixing until you get a smooth paste.
Peel the apples and seed them then cut them into small cubes, then add them with the cinnamon to the preparation then mix again.
Pour the mixture into muffin tins then bake in a preheated oven at 170° for 20 to 25 minutes.
