Apple Mousse

Baked apples, whole and cored, pressed, whipped into a foam with egg whites and sugar, served in cups with biscuits and jam, decorated with whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Procedure:
1. Bake the washed apples with the skin and cores in an oven heated to 170-180 °C until soft
2. 3. Add the egg whites and sugar to the cooled mixture, rub into the foam and let it cool in the fridge for about an hour
4. Fill the foam into cups, intersperse with biscuits, jam
5. Decorate the surface with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
