500 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder Dr.Oetker 200 g powdered sugar 1 pinch of salt 250 g palmarin 2 pcs homemade eggs 2 tbsp sour cream 1 packet lemon icing powder
Filling
10 pcs medium sized apples baby semolina to sprinkle over the dough powdered and cinnamon sugar to sprinkle over the finished cake

A delicious cake full of fruit for apple lovers.

Raw ingredients for the dough, filling.

Sieve the flour into a bowl add powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, citr powder, sour cream, butter cut into smaller pieces. Prepare the dough and put it in the refrigerator to harden while you prepare the apple filling.

Line the baking tray with baking paper,peel the apples, cut in half and remove the cores, spread them on the prepared tray, flat side down, see below, photo. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide into two halves. Roll out one part of the dough with a rolling pin and transfer to a baking sheet (29x39cm), sprinkle lightly with baby semolina.

Place the cooled apples on the dough, flat side down. Mix the icing sugar with the ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples, see photo below.

Roll out the second part of the dough and using a rolling pin, transfer to the apples, pressing lightly.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees bake for 40 minutes until golden. When cool, sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy!
