Apple inverted cake

4 pcs apples walnuts (chopped) 1 packet vanilla sugar 5 pcs eggs 5 tbsp semi-coarse flour (mounded) 1 dl oil 5 tbsp caster sugar (mounded) 1/2 dl lukewarm water 1/2 packet baking powder 1 tbsp cocoa 1 litre milk 2 packets Caramel pudding 2 pcs egg yolk butter (2 slices) 5 tbsp granulated sugar

One of the classic recipes that many of us know :). Since this is how my grandmother always baked in the fall and still bakes mostly with apples, I associate this pie with this crisp, autumn season.

Slice the apples, chop the nuts. Line a baking tray with baking paper, place the apples on top, sprinkle with nuts and vanilla sugar.

Cesto: beat egg whites until creamy, gradually add icing sugar by spoonfuls, mix, then gradually add egg yolks, flour mixed with baking powder, cocoa by spoonfuls.

Pour the dough on the layer of apples and nuts, put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

After baking and cooling, invert the cake and remove the paper.

Pudding layer.

Pour the hot pudding over the cake. Leave to set. Sprinkle with granola or grated chocolate.
