Apple-cottage cheese dessert

500 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk Hera salt 30 g fresh yeast 2 dl lukewarm milk 1 tsp sugar 300 g curd 5 tbsp granulated sugar 2 pk raisins 500 g peeled apples 6 tbsp granulated sugar 2 pk egg whites 2 tbsp sugar jam

As children we always looked forward to going to our grandparents, especially as the smell of cookies and cakes was already greeting us in the yard. This one was our favorite, the combination of cottage cheese and apples continues to win with me. 🙂
1.
From yeast, milk, sugar we make a sourdough starter. Add to flour, Here, a pinch of salt, make a dough and let it rise.

Cut the apples into smaller pieces and put them to stew with sugar.

Mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolks and sugar, add the raisins, a little grated lemon zest.

Divide the risen dough into 2 parts.Roll out the 1st part and transfer to a greased, floured baking sheet, spread with jam,

Spread the cheesecake filling on the dough and place the second sheet of dough on top of it.

Spread the apple filling (we like it with apple chunks) on the pastry and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
7.
Beat the stiff egg whites and sugar and let it bake for a while before finishing baking. Enjoy.
