I love baking very much although I love baking sour cakes the most, but I don’t despise making sour cakes like this either and especially kids love sweet and this one is the bomb.
1.
I beat the eggs until foamy add flour mixed with baking powder and bicarbonate of soda, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, milk, oil and add grated apples on a coarse grater mix properly
2.
I try to mix it as well as possible. I brush the baking tray with oil and spread the dough nicely on the tray
3.
I put in a preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes at 180deg. I test with a skewer.
4.
After baking, I brush properly with jam. I melt my chocolate and grate a little on top, like shavings. After the chocolate has cooled slightly, I stir in the sour cream. And I spread the top.
5.
I let the cream set for a while and yum we can eat it fiercely. The chocolate coating tastes like a cocoa termix and the combination of apples and cinnamon is super juicy and during baking a beautiful smell reminiscent of Christmas is coming from the oven.
