Apple and almond cake

As a dessert we suggest this good apple and almond moelleux, an ideal pastry for autumn, when apples are fresh, juicy and delicious.
Ingredients for 8 parts:
100 g flour 3 apples 3 eggs 1 lemon 80 g sweetener 80 g almond powder 20 g cornstarch 1 packet baking powder 50 g low-fat butter 100 g 0% cottage cheese two tablespoons vanilla powder 1 glass of rum
Preparation of the apple and almond fluff:
Start by washing the apples, peeling them and slicing them. Squeeze the lemon then put the apple slices in it.
Melt the butter in a pan then put it in a bowl, add the cottage cheese, sweetener and vanilla. Add the eggs and beat well.
Add the rum, flour, baking powder, almond powder, cornstarch and apple slices. Mix then pour into a mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes. Let the apple and almond moelleux cool before unmolding.
